Operation Officer - Veolia Beerse

Functieomschrijving:
Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan je collega’s van de binnendienst. Je behandelt orders, telefonische vragen en klachten op een efficiënte en commerciële wijze en in overeenstemming met het administratief beleid van het bedrijf. Je verzamelt alle nodige informatie en doet het voorbereidend werk zodat de collega’s over kunnen gaan tot een correcte beoordeling van het dossier/prijsopgave. Databeheer Correcte input van gegevens. Waken over de volledigheid en correctheid van data. Correct aanmaken en opvolgen van alle dossiers, contracten, orders in SAP. Administratieve ondersteuning Interactie met klanten en andere afdelingen Proactieve contactname met klanten om de nodige informatie te bekomen naar aanleiding van een inkomende prijsvraag. Ijveren bij andere afdelingen voor een correcte en snelle afhandeling van de orders van de klanten en dit van A tot Z. Zich inzetten voor een zo efficiënt mogelijke informatie-uitwisseling tussen de afdelingen teneinde de gecentraliseerde aanpak van het afvalpakket (-probleem) te kunnen realiseren.

**Profiel**:

- Je hebt bij voorkeur een professionele bachelor in een logistieke richting
- OF je hebt ervaring in administratie en klantencontacten binnen een logistieke omgeving en hebt door je ervaring al kennis opgedaan over ADR ed.
- Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands
- Je bent administratief sterk en levert graag kwalitatief werk af.
- Je bent discreet, empathisch en diplomatisch en weet op een vlotte manier het vertrouwen te winnen.
- Je bent flexibel en service minded, waarbij een stuk pragmatisme in het werken je zeker niet afschrikt.
- Je bent positief ingesteld en een echte teamplayer.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Excel). Kennis van SAP is een extra troef.
