**Mission**:
As a member of the team you will participate in the elaboration and follow-up of the sales and operation plan in cooperation with sales, production and finance management.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Follow up IBA service spare parts Global stocks levels and customers open spare parts requests.
- In collaboration with CS Stock management team, give support on customers spare parts emergency requests
- Be the interface within supply chain to report and follow up stock out risks in order to consider the right level of criticality
- Be the interface with different IBA business units to address their spare parts service strategy
- Contribute to the determination of the right inventory parameters by analyzing demand and supply (sales history, lead times, maintenance plans, installed base evolution )
- Design and develop operational reporting to monitor the Global service stock and the customers open requests

**You have**:

- Master’s Degree in commercial engineering, applied economics or business management, ideally with a major in Supply Chain Management;
- Ideally a first relevant work experience in Planning Management, Logistics or Supply Chain;
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP knowledge is an asset;
- Excellent communication, ability to build a professional customer relationship;
- Effective organization skills, proactive attitude.

- Very well organized, able to set and manage priorities;
- Stress resistant, pragmatic and solution minded;
- Able to work with rigor and precision (strong analytical mind);
- Able to easily communicate in both French and English;
- A real team player
