Sibelga beheert de distributienetten elektriciteit en gas voor de 19 Gemeenten van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest.
Als onderneming van openbaar nut, bestaat haar opdracht erin elke Brusselse klant een bedrijfszekere en kwalitatieve toegang tot energie te garanderen.
De onderneming haalt een omzet van ongeveer 365 miljoen euro en telt zo’n 1100 medewerkers. Zij worden tewerkgesteld in de onderneming BNO, de dochteronderneming die instaat voor de exploitatie die onder de privésector valt.

Tegen de achtergrond van een energielandschap dat volop evolueert, werd de strategie van Sibelga begin 2023 heruitgewerkt in drie krachtlijnen: de nieuwe gebruiken in de netten en markten integreren, de energietransitie faciliteren voor alle klanten en werken aan de interne transformatie voor steeds meer efficiëntie.
Om haar nieuwe strategie te operationaliseren, is Sibelga voor haar directiecomité op zoek naar een nieuwe Chief Human Resources Officer (M/V/X).
**JOUW JOB**:
Samen met een team van zo’n 30 medewerkers, is de CHRO de eindverantwoordelijke voor alles wat met HR te maken heeft. Dit zijn de doelen die daarbij worden nagestreefd:
- talenten aantrekken, ontwikkelen en behouden;
- een bedrijfscultuur uitbouwen en ondersteunen die gebaseerd is op 4 accenten, namelijk focus, vertrouwen, oplossingsgerichtheid en eenvoud;
- een mindset stimuleren die steunt op diversiteit en inclusie, welzijn en engagement;
- uitstekende HR-diensten en -processen bieden om de organisatie doeltreffend te kunnen beheren en ontwikkelen.
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
De ideale kandidaat (M/V/X) heeft
- een masterdiploma en is zeer goed tweetalig (NL/FR).
- Hij/Zij toont een relevante ervaring van minstens 15 jaar aan, hoofdzakelijk op het gebied van HR.
- Hij/Zij is een uitgesproken people manager met een geslaagde ervaring met change management op cultureel en organisatorisch vlak en met project management.
