**Het Belgische offshore net uitbreiden**: het Prinses Elisabeth Eiland

Om bij te dragen tot de ambities van Europa en België op het vlak van de energietransitie, plant Elia de uitbreiding van haar offshore hoogspanningsnet met het Prinses Elisabeth Eiland project.

Dit net zal de nieuwe Belgische windparken in de Prinses Elisabethzone aansluiten.

**Het Prinses Elisabeth Eiland project in een notendop**:
Een artificieel energie-eiland (met offshore transmissie-infrastructuur)

Meerdere AC-hoogspanningsstations (66 kV en 220 kV).

6x220 kV AC export kabelsystemen van elk ongeveer 50 km lang

Een HVDC-verbinding (1 offshore converter, 1 onshore converter, HVDC-kabelsysteem) tussen het artificiele eiland en het nieuwe onshore hoogspanningsstation van het Ventilus-project.

De mogelijkheid om toekomstige HVDC-interconnectoren aan te sluiten.

**Algemene info**:
Het project bevindt zich momenteel in de concept
- en ontwerpfase. Er moet veel documentatie worden opgesteld, gecontroleerd en goedgekeurd voor de komende aanbestedingsfase voor de HVDC-infrastructuur.

**Binnen het projectteam**:
Ben je een Safety Leader die voortdurend op zoek is naar verbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid;
Zorg je ervoor dat jouw taken tijdig, kwaliteitsvol en veilig worden uitgevoerd;
Zoek je naar optimalisatie opportuniteiten die het project ten goede komen;
Rapporteer je proactief en regelmatig over de status van jouw activiteiten;
Ben je in staat om specifieke werkpakketten zelfstandig te beheren en te implementeren en waar nodig werk je samen met aannemers, leveranciers en interne experts.

**Als Project Leader HVDC Offshore Integrator**:
Neem je de lead tijdens de ontwerpfase. Je beoordeelt de integratie van het HVDC-systeem in de offshore module/topside, je beoordeelt de technische documenten van aannemers en je neemt deel aan workshops met betrekking tot toegankelijkheid, maintainability, uitvoerbaarheid, beheer van materiaal, enz.;
Maak je deel uit van de DC Offshore Package en rapporteer je aan de DC Offshore Package Manager;
Werk je in een multidisciplinair team (met onder meer Project Engineers, Experts, Procurement officers, HSE advisors, PMO officer, enz.).

Jouw profiel

**Hard skills en soft skills**:
Je hebt een masterdiploma in engineering.

Je hebt minstens 8 jaar relevante werkervaring in HVDC (design en/of onderhoud).

Je hebt praktische ervaring met het beheer van werken in HS-installaties (onderhouds-, uitbreidings
- of vervangingswerken), inclusief veiligheid gerelateerde aspecten.

Je hebt theoretische en praktische kennis van HS-apparatuur op gelijkstroom en wisselstroom, hun uitrusting en hun gemeenschappelijke interfaces.

Ervaring in de offshore sector is een pluspunt.

Je hebt sterke communicatievaardigheden en kunt goed in een team werken.

Je bent georganiseerd en resultaatgericht.

Je bent assertief.

Je bent stressbestendig.

Je leert snel bij.

Je ademt innovatie en ondernemerschap en laat je niet afschrikken door uitdagingen.

Je bent proactief en een problem solver.

Je kan de juiste prioriteiten stellen en daarnaar handelen.

Je kan werken in een internationale projectomgeving.

**Talen**:
Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Engels. Kennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans is een pluspunt.
Locatie

Je werkt voornamelijk in ons kantoor aan de Léon Monnoyerkaai 3, 1000 Brussel. Vóór en tijdens de uitvoering van het project ga je regelmatig naar de Belgische kust voor werfbezoeken.

Occasionele buitenlandse zakenreizen om aannemers, verkopers, enz. te ontmoeten.
