**Division **:Banking
In the Banking and Network Division we help our clients and the markets to maximize settlement efficiency by developing and maintaining our network, by offering secured credit facilities, by optimizing client credit usage and by managing liquidity flows in the most efficient way.

Within the Banking Operations & Enabling Services team, the Business Enabling Services team offers a wide range of services to colleagues in the Banking & Network Division. Our main objectives are to:
- Drive transformation and change within our division through various improvement initiatives
- Preserve and further contribute to increased risk awareness and improve the control environment to eliminate or mitigate the risks
- Ensure timely compliance with policies and regulations impacting our division
- Coordinate the roll-out of transversal projects
To keep up with the fast changing environment we operate in we want to strengthen our transformation capabilities. Hence we are looking for a stream lead to join the team to drive end-to-end process reviews in our division and to coordinate and closely follow up on the implementation of the changes.
The Change & Engagement Manager will have a great deal of autonomy and will partner with the business during the process analysis, re-design and implementation phases in scope of the end-to-end streams he or she will be accountable for. The role is accountable to maximixe the benefits of organisational change.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- As Change & Engagement Manager you will take the lead in end-to-end (E2E) process reviews from analysis to implementation with a strong focus on change management to ensure the sustainability.
- You build a deep understanding of and document the as-is E2E process, you will identify the pain points/gaps in the process, facilitate re-design workshops and build and coordinate the roll-out of the implementation plan, all this is close collaboration with the business experts, process owners and line management
- You identify opportunities for process improvements through the use of new technologies, innovation and digitalisation
- You will develop and roll-out the change management plan with a strong focus on the people side of change - identifying the impact on people, getting them ready for change, and handling any resistance to change.
- You ensure operational readiness prior to the implementation of new or reviewed processes
- You monitor the adherence to the changes and the impacts and adjust where needed
- You regularly report on progress, potential issues and successes
**Required Qualifications**:
- Minimum of Bachelor degree and Change management certification or designation desired
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in change management (ideally a mix of change and project management
- You have a good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools
- You have experience in project and/or change management
- You have a continuous improvement mindset, you challenge the way we do things and are always looking for ways to improve efficiency and strengthen the controls. Your drive inspires others and hence contributes to strengthening the continuous improvement culture
- You are an enthusiastic team player and you demonstrate personal drive
- You are solution driven and result orientated, you strive to make changes impactful and persistent
- You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- You are able to work independently and report timely on issues and achievements
- You are stress resistant, able to manage deadlines and set (or re-shuffle) priorities accordingly
- You demonstrate empathy and use your genuine listening to understand the business concerns/constraints, you influence/challenge constructively and design solutions to help the business.
- You have excellent communication (both verbal and written) and influencing/negotiation skills and feel comfortable to be exposed to several levels of management within the Banking & Network Division
- Previous work experience with process modelling and BPMN methodology and/or journey mapping and an affinity with new technologies and innovation is a plus.
