**Profiel**
Als Sales Executive / Outside Sales Air word je belast met de cruciale taak om ons huidige klantenportfolio te vergroten en ons marktaandeel verder te vergroten. In deze dynamische rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het proactief benaderen van prospecten en klanten op de Belgische markt, waarbij je hen enthousiasmeert over de innovatieve werkwijze. Je richt je op zowel het onderhouden van bestaande relaties als het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten door hen te introduceren in de wereld van digitaal verschepen.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
Klantrelatiebeheer: Onderhouden van sterke relaties met bestaande klanten door regelmatige communicatie en het begrijpen van hun behoeften en verwachtingen.
Prospectie: Actief identificeren en benaderen van potentiële klanten in de luchtvrachtindustrie op de Belgische markt.
Digitale Verscheping Promotie: Educatief optreden om zowel bestaande als nieuwe klanten vertrouwd te maken met de voordelen van de nieuwe digitale manier van verschepen die onze klant aanbiedt.
Marktanalyse: Voortdurende evaluatie van de markttrends en concurrentie om kansen te identificeren en een concurrentievoordeel te behouden.
Commerciële Doelen: Ontwikkelen en nastreven van doelstellingen voor omzetgroei en marktaandeel, en proactief streven naar het overtreffen van deze doelen.
Klantgerichtheid: Zorgen voor een klantgerichte benadering door de behoeften van de klant centraal te stellen en oplossingen aan te bieden die aan deze behoeften voldoen.
Samenwerking: Effectieve samenwerking met interne teams, waaronder operations en customer service, om ervoor te zorgen dat de verwachtingen van de klant worden overtroffen.
Rapportage: Regelmatige rapportage van de voortgang, marktinzichten en klantfeedback aan het managementteam.
**Vaardigheden & kennis**
Commercieel Talent: Bewezen vermogen om succesvolle commerciële relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden, met een focus op het behalen van verkoopdoelen.
Effectieve Communicatie: Sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden om overtuigend en duidelijk te communiceren met klanten en interne teams.
Resultaatgericht: Gedreven door het behalen van meetbare resultaten en het overtreffen van commerciële doelstellingen.
Organisatorisch Talent: Vermogen om het overzicht te behouden, prioriteiten te stellen en taken nauwkeurig en gestructureerd op te volgen.
Ervaring in Lucht
- en/of Zeevracht: Minimaal enkele jaren aantoonbare ervaring in de lucht
- en/of zeevrachtindustrie, met diepgaande kennis van logistieke processen.
Logistieke / Commerciële Opleiding: Afgeronde opleiding op logistiek of commercieel gebied om een solide basis te bieden voor de uitvoering van de functie.
Innovatief Denken: Vermogen om innovatieve oplossingen te bedenken en aan te dragen voor klantvragen en logistieke uitdagingen.
Betrouwbaar en Betrokken: Toewijding aan het werk, betrokkenheid bij het bedrijf en een betrouwbare werkethiek.
Stressbestendigheid: In staat om effectief te presteren onder drukvolle situaties en strakke deadlines.
Aanpassingsvermogen: Flexibiliteit om zich aan te passen aan veranderende omstandigheden en prioriteiten in een snel veranderende logistieke omgeving.
Samenwerking: Sterke teamspeler met de mogelijkheid om effectief samen te werken met diverse interne en externe belanghebbenden.
Meertaligheid: Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, om effectieve communicatie met een breed scala aan klanten te waarborgen.
**Opleiding**
Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring opgedaan.
**Aanbod**
Een salaris tussen de €4.500;
- en de €6.000,-.
