**Description du poste**:

- Als IT Field Engineer:

- Implementeer je hardware en software bij de klanten.- Zorg je voor de installatie, monitoring, het onderhoud en de reparatie van pc's, servers, netwerken en software bij klanten.- Hou je daarbij rekening met de bepalingen en procedures die in de onderneming van kracht zijn.- Werk je meestal op verplaatsing bij klanten in heel België.- Doe je ook de voorbereiding van de installatie en reparaties op kantoor.- Geef je telefonische ondersteuning aan klanten vanuit het kantoor, bijvoorbeeld in geval van problemen met servers, werkstations of netwerken. Je begeleidt de klant bij het oplossen van problemen of neemt vanop afstand de controle over het systeem. Indien het probleem niet vanop afstand kan worden opgelost, ga je ter plaatse bij de klant.- Mogelijkheid tot people management voor een aantal personen (Team Lead).**Description de l'entreprise**:

**Qualifications**:

- IT savvy- Ervaring met het installeren, configureren en repareren van PC's, servers en netwerken**Hard skills**: Microsoft Windows 10 en 11; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel en Outlook); Microsoft 365; Microsoft Windows server 2016, 2019 en 2022; Firewall (Checkpoint), network en printers- Heel goede kennis **Nederlands & Engels** (Frans is pluspunt)- Klantgericht, communicatief, leergierig, autonoom alsook teamgericht- In het bezit van een geldig **rijbewijs B**
