For the T&G Belgium IT located in Brussels,** **we are currently looking for a **Financial and Administrative Support **Manager**
**YOUR CHALLENGE as **Financial and Administrative Support Manager**:
Your role is to support the Engie T&G Belgium IT team as Financial and Administrative Support Manager.
Together with the team, you create and follow-up the IT budgets and actuals. You create short
- and longer-term financial forecasts. You are responsible for the regular follow-up with Finance & Controlling. You manage all transactions in SAP. You take care of license procurement and timely license renewals.
Additionally, you provide support for the preparation of reports, planning of meetings/activities for the team or the CIO and ad hoc administrative tasks.
- You enter purchase requests and/or create invoices in SAP
- You ensure internal rebilling of IT services to customers
- You monitor the cost vs budget, you create accruals
- You check incoming costs, and if required, contact internal/external suppliers
- You prepare the required budget/cost reporting, and you interact with Finance & Controlling
- You align intercompany transactions and ensure the proper financial processes
- You keep track of contracts, purchase orders and licenses for the T&G IT scope
- You perform project management for small projects within the T&G and/or RES scope
- You plan meetings/activities and travel for the team or for the CIO (when required)
- You help the team where possible
**Reporting lines**
- You report hierarchically to the CIO.
- You exchange with Finance, Procurement, and internal/external vendors
**YOUR PROFILE as **Financial and Administrative Support Manager**:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT or equivalent
- Good knowledge of financial processes like budgeting, procurement, intercompany transactions is required
- General knowledge of IT concepts is desired, but no technical expertise is needed Knowledge of license
- and contract management is desired
- Good organizational skills
- You like to help colleagues
- You value the team’s success more than you value your personal achievements
- You communicate in a concise but kind way, have good social skills
- You are pro-active and you have a problem-solving mindset
- You have a good basis of English and either French or Dutch
- The team is based at Engie’s headquarters in Brussels
- You have a strong safety and environmental awareness. You always take responsibility for the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues
