Receptionist/office Manager

**Description**:
We are in search of a dynamic individual who demonstrates a hands-on approach, possesses a strong sense of practicality, and exhibits adept problem-solving skills.
**Key tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Be the point of contact of members and visitors (Reception/Welcoming)
- Provide assistance and proper follow up with the visitor management system and procedure
- Prepare the meeting rooms
- Daily check of the office to make sure the offices are clean and ready for daily operations
- Support catering coordination, stationary, mailroom, archives
- Support organisation of internal events
- Follow-up maintenance of facility equipment
**Profil**
**your profile corresponds to this list**:
- 0-3 years of related experience
- Education: secondary diploma and/or bachelor with customer service orientation
- **English and French or Dutch proficient user level is mandatory to deal with external providers**:
- Strong organizational skills: ability to plan & prioritize
- Responsiveness: ability to deal with changing circumstances
- A strong sense of ethics
- Practical and service-oriented attitude
- Multi-tasking/hands-on is essential
- Reactive and well organised (problem-solving approach)
- Experience with logistics in a technical environment
