Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen, produceren en distribueren van een breed scala aan kledingproducten, waaronder ondergoed, activewear, sokken en kousen.
Als **Customer Service Specialist** heb de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Creditnotabeheer.
- Assortiment/prijsbeheer (data management).
- Ondersteuning aanbieden aan de field sales.
- Archivering van contracten.
- Order management: order input, opvolging van leveringsstatus.
**The Successful Applicant**:
Als **Customer Service Specialist** heb je het volgende profiel:
- Je werk goed met Excel/Word/Outlook.
- Je bent een communicatief persoon die zich vlot kan uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Frans op zowel mondeling als schriftelijk vlak.
- Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot die duidelijk kan communiceren.
- Je werkt probleemoplossend en gestructureerd.
- Je bent positief ingesteld en handelt proactief.
