In de rol van coach en consultant bij S&L voor onze klanten - **impactondernemers en coöperaties** - zal je ondersteunen in gedurfde strategieën en sterk leiderschap richting nog meer positieve impact. Samen streef je met de klanten naar de voorhoede van een nieuw soort economie.

Naargelang jouw sterktes en de expertise die je meebrengt zal je onze klanten ondersteunen in fusies, innovatieprojecten, het versterken van missie en visie, circulaire projecten, strategische
- en groeibegeleiding. Aangezien we altijd in duo werken wordt jouw expertise aangevuld door een S&L-collega, afhankelijk van de noden van de klanten op hun cultuur, structuur, teambegeleiding,

Je bouwt met hen een scherpe impactstrategie en zorgt voor begeleiding in hun groei of schaal voor impact. Je versterkt hun organisaties, teams en de ondernemers/leiders zelf zodat zij op hun beurt terug meer impact kunnen creëren op de wereld.

Bij elke klantvraag luister je haarscherp naar de noden en zet je dit om in een traject op maat met meerwaarde en impact. Waar je telkens met een andere S&L-collega met aanvullende expertise inspireert, faciliteert en adviseert.

Onze klantenpalmares is ondertussen indrukwekkend met klanten zoals Ohne, Miss Miyagi, De Kringwinkel,maar we kijken ook uit naar jouw netwerk en welke klanten jouw expertise zouden kunnen aantrekken. Als consultant bij S&L bouw je immers zelf ook aan jouw eigen klantenportefeuille. Je staat hierin echter niet alleen en wordt sterk ondersteund door de S&L-collega’s en een impactvolle marketing aanpak.

We durven luidop dromen van een kandidaat die ervaring heeft als impactondernemer.
- Of je hebt volop jouw strepen verdiend als ondernemer - en business coach van sociale ondernemers.
- Je kan redeneren in businessmodellen, en hebt inzicht in groeistrategieën en innovatiemanagement. Schakelen tussen korte en lange termijn is voor jou geen probleem.
- Je kan snel en scherp schakelen in strategie, je voelsprieten gebruiken, situaties en patronen herkennen en tussen de lijnen lezen. Je weet de essentie te benoemen en oplossingen aan te reiken.
- Je kan financiële consequenties van strategische keuzes inschatten en berekenen. Strategieën weet je af te lezen uit financiële cijfers
- Je brengt leidinggevende ervaring mee of bent een kei in het werken met vele stakeholders. Je startte zelf al bedrijven op of hebt daar een deel in gehad. Je hebt voeling met meerdere sectoren en opkomende niches, van coöperatie tot KMO. Je haalt energie uit netwerken en de uitbouw van ons ecosysteem.
