Vlerick is a school, but it is run as a company, aligned with the high standards we foster in our different programmes. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Group Product Manager** to join our **Open Executive Education team** and take the lead of a small team of programme managers.

**The job**
- Be responsible for a portfolio of general management programmes in terms of sales & marketing, programme design, product management and delivery, together with faculty and other supporting units. Act as a credible sounding board for leads, customers, and faculty by building content expertise in the programmes you are responsible for.
- Coach a team of 3 to 5 highly motivated and autonomous programme managers and support them in their professional development and wellbeing.
- Meet the targets of your own programmes and the overall target for your team in terms of revenues and quality of the experience.
- Lead by example in commercial activities and networking opportunities (lead generation, programme advice, networking events,), securing participants.
- Actively build a strong network with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay on top of the trends in the fields of L&D and develop a future outlook on our executive education programmes.
- Take care of the coordination and facilitation of 15-20 days of open executive education programmes.
- You report to the Business Unit Manager of the Open Executive Education programmes.

**You**
- Have obtained a master’s degree.
- Have a minimum of ca. 7 years of work experience, preferably in the L&D sector.
- Possess excellent networking and sales skills. You can connect with different stakeholders and are a credible advisor for (senior) executives.
- Are motivated to coach, support and grow a small team of 3-5 people.
- Get energized from going the extra mile for customers and are a star at solving problems with a smile.
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and are open for innovation.
- Have an excellent written & verbal knowledge in Dutch and English.
- Can adapt quickly to new situations and are flexible. You are open to working on our three campuses (Leuven, Ghent & Brussels) in combination with your home office. You are happy to take part in sporadic evening & weekend activities.
