Als New Business Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het genereren van winstgevende groei in de toegewezen regio en segment door middel van directe verkoop en verkoop via distributie. De New Business Manager CT/LIC (Commercial Transport & Light Industrial Coating) BeLux heeft als werkgebied België en Luxemburg.

In deze rol bouw je sterke relaties op met dealers, prospecten en eindgebruikers, zoals fleetowners, vrachtwagen
- en openbaar vervoerspuiterijen, machine-, trailer
- en bulktransportfabrikanten, constructie-, grondverzet
- en landbouwmachinebouwers, etc.

Je wordt onderdeel van het CT/LIC (Commercial Transport & Light Industrial Coating) Benelux-team binnen de business unit Automotive Refinish. Dit team bestaat uit een aantal Belgische en Nederlands verkoop
- en techniekspecialisten en is gevestigd in Mechelen (België/Luxemburg) en in Hoogeveen (Nederland).

**Verantwoordelijkheden**
- Jagen binnen het segment en ervoor zorgen dat de ondersteunende infrastructuur wordt opgezet om deze accounts te beheren.
- Maximaliseren van de marktpenetratie door het continu opbouwen van je netwerk en relaties. Nauw samenwerken met de Business Manager CT/LIC Benelux om nieuwe kansen te definiëren en te maximaliseren.
- Samenwerken met de Technical Account Managers om de klanten te ondersteunen waar nodig om de bestaande zakelijke relaties te verbeteren.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het loggen van alle klantvergaderingen om kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve doelstellingen te halen.
- Minimaal Bachelor diploma of aantoonbare werkervaring binnen het segment.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift. Kennis van het Duits is een bijkomende troef.
- Commercieel gedreven met een jagersmentaliteit. Tegelijkertijd ben je een sterke teamplayer.
- Je hebt de flexibiliteit om door de regio te reizen.
