**Who we are**
Trademart is the biggest marketplace for retail industry specialists in Europe. Where retailers get new season inspiration and purchase collections from hundreds of companies in fashion, accessories, shoes, home design, and much more. We are a facilitator in the B2B retail market, specialized in Fashion and Home & Living. Trademart thrives to be a place where retailers from various sectors meet each other to be inspired and oriented and to have a great purchasing experience.
**Our mission ** We want to build an experience which affects the entire B2B purchasing process in the retail sector. We want to help buyers in their search for products for their shop and projects.

**What we make you responsible for**
The main focus of our Marketing department is traffic and lead generation. Of course, in order to do so you need to understand who we are trying to reach. Your first job? Getting to know our buyers and sellers.
Together with your team, you create and execute marketing strategies that consist of content marketing, performance marketing, branding, events and on-site buyer experience.
Marketing is obviously a never-ending story, which is why it is important to strike the right balance between the above topics; but you probably know that even better than we do.
Data is your lifeline. You prefer your morning coffee with a dashboard instead of a biscuit. You are a strong believer in data-driven decision making and don’t just trust your gut or opinions. You prefer an iterative result-driven approach over rolling out big strategic campaigns.
You understand that a bunch of people ain’t no team. You build a strong marketing team, based on the growth plan of the company, seasoned with your experience. You do not only focus on the long-term marketing strategy of the company, you are also involved in the day-to-day marketing activities. You build strong relationships with the sales and operations divisions and with our customers and focus on an atmosphere of collaboration.
You know that automation and strong guidelines and templates are essential to make modern marketing strategies work. You focus on the long run rather than on one-shots.

- Content marketeer
- All-round online marketeer
- Event coördinator
- Webmaster
- External performance marketing agency
- External design agency
In this role you will report to Our General Manager.
**Who you are**
In addition to your enthusiasm for the sector, you also have the following experience:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a role that focused on traffic (and lead) generation, an experience in f.e. a retail/e-commerce environment is interesting
- You have a strong understanding of and general experience in Digital Marketing
- You have proven strong management skills
- You have a data driven mindset
- You are dutch-, french
- and english-speaken (Dutch or French as your native language)
- You are eager to work within our Trademart Company
