**Wat zal je job inhouden?**:
We hebben grote ambities en streven naar duurzame groei. En daar kom jij, onze ervaren B2B/B2C marketeer, in beeld. Het omzetten van een strategisch meerjarenplan naar effectieve jaarplannen is jouw expertise.
Het opstellen, uitvoeren, monitoren en aanpassen van plannen, met aandacht voor zowel interne als externe belanghebbenden, behoort tot jouw tweede natuur.
Of het nu gaat om online of offline, retail of zakelijk, jij bent resultaatgericht, strategisch, klantgericht, nauwkeurig en veelzijdig. In nauwe samenwerking met collega's ontwikkel en implementeer je succesvolle plannen, campagnes, rapportages, sociale media en interne communicatie. Op deze manier lever je een actieve bijdrage aan het verwezenlijken van onze ambitieuze doelstellingen.
**Concreet heb je de volgende taken als marketing manager**:
- Het bedrijf zijn strategie vertalen naar performante plannen
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van campagnes, opvolgen, monitoren, data verzamelen, inzicht verwerven
- Het beschikbare budget bewaken en afwijkingen melden
- Samenwerken met en aansturen van externe bureau’s en leveranciers maakt deel uit van je takenpakket als marketing manager
- In overleg promotiestrategieën ontwikkelen
- Sociale media zoals Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn coördineren
- Productlanceringen of beurzen uitwerken en opzetten
- Contentmarketing voor blogs, video’s, sociale media,...
- Een vinger aan de pols houden voor marktbewegingen
- Je zal leiding geven aan een klein enthousiast team
**Wat zoeken we?**:
- Je hebt minstens 3 - 5 jaar ervaring in retail marketing
- Ook strategische marketing in B2B markten is jou niet vreemd
- Je bent creatief en hebt een vlotte pen
- Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Frans
- Je werkt zelfstandig, proactief en kan vlot multitasken
- Uiteraad ben je commercieel ingesteld en klantvriendelijk
- Je bent van nature enthousiast en een teamspeler, met de nodige flexibiliteit.
- Je kan een klein team sturen en hen ondersteunen met hun groei-pad.
- Hernieuwbare energie, innovaties en producten liggen binnen je interesseveld
