**Functiebeschrijving**
Voor de versterking van het team Administratie in ons kantoor te Brussel zoeken wij **Customer Service Representative**:
In de functie van Customer Service Representative ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een aantal grote klanten en verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van hun dossiers:
- Je houdt het administratief klantendossier op continue basis up-to-date (personeelslijsten, contactgegevens, risico’s,);
- Als hoofdcontactpersoon van je klant beantwoord je al de vragen mbt onze dienstverlening (facturatie, opleidingen,);
- Je coördineert de planning van de verschillende activiteiten bij de klant (geneeskundige onderzoeken, bedrijfsbezoeken) en waakt erover dat het afgesproken actieplan/jaar wordt gerealiseerd;
- Je participeert in het proces van opstart van nieuwe klanten (oa deelname aan opstartmeeting bij klant, registratie van gemaakte afspraken,);
- Je zorgt proactief voor de nodige rapportering en doorstroom van informatie naar je klant;
- Je bezoekt op regelmatige tijdstippen jouw klanten in het kader van de opvolging en de optimalisatie van de dienstverlening.
**Jij hebt in je bagage**
- Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een relevant diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je hebt mínimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een interne administratieve en commerciële omgeving;
- Je bent een uitstekende organisator en kan je eigen werk structureren en je prioriteiten opstellen;
- Je bent autonoom en neemt initiatief om proactief oplossingen voor te stellen;
- Je houdt van variatie en kan makkelijk met verandering omgaan; je leert snel en nieuwe informatie verwerken, schrikt je niet af;
- Je bent een diplomatische teamplayer en beschikt over uitstekende communicatievaardigheden (gesproken en geschreven);
- Je bent positief ingesteld en beschikt over een goede dosis empathie;
- Je bent zeer sterk klantgericht en stressbestendig;
- Je kunt vlot werken met het MS Office pakket en beheert Ms Excel;
- Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans en hebt een goede kennis van de andere landstaal.
