**Wat is jouw rol ?**

Als **Business & Finance Support Officer** speel je een sleutelrol in de coördinatie van de administratieve en operationele activiteiten van verschillende entiteiten binnen de Partena Professional groep. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de opvolging van klantenrekeningen om een gezonde cashflow te garanderen en onze commerciële relaties te versterken.

**Wat verwachten we van jou**?**

**Operationeel support (Business Support)**:

- Administratief beheer:

- Contracten met klanten en freelancers beheren.
- Rapporten, presentaties en ondersteunend materiaal voorbereiden naar aanleiding van verzoeken van de teams.
- Ervoor zorgen dat het timesheetproces voor consultants en freelancers soepel verloopt.
- Interne leads doorsturen naar de relevante afdelingen.
- De teams ondersteunen:

- Organiseren van agenda’s en plannen van vergaderingen voor de factories.
- Coördineren van zakenreizen (boekingen).
- Optreden als aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe verzoeken.
- Procesverbetering:

- Helpen bij het optimaliseren van workflows en implementeren van nieuwe procedures.
- Operationele projecten helpen beheren.
- Tools beheren:

- Interne databases en systemen onderhouden en bijwerken.
- Zorgen voor het juiste gebruik van samenwerkings
- en communicatietools.

**Debiteurenhebeer (Finance Support)**:

- Het facturatieproces beheren (facturen voorbereiden, verzenden en controleren).
- Betalingen opvolgen en klanten herinneren in geval van vertragingen.
- Bankreconciliaties uitvoeren en inkomende betalingen controleren.
- Regelmatig rapporten opstellen over de status van debiteuren en uitstaande betalingen.
- Samenwerken met de verkoop
- en operationele teams om betalingsgeschillen op te lossen.
- **Wi**e** ben je?**

Je hebt volgende kwalificaties:

- Je hebt een bachelor diploma of/en enkele jaren relevante ervaring.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Frans, Nederlands en Engels.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en met oog voor detail.
- Je hebt een analytische en proactieve ingesteldheid.
- Je bent in staat om onder druk te werken en deadlines te halen.

Jouw sterke punten:

- Je hebt goede MS Office-vaardigheden (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) en werkt graag met verschillende technologieën. Kennis van CRM- en ERP-tools is een pluspunt (bv. Salesforce en Unit4).
- Je bent een polyvalent persoon met **goede organisatorische vaardigheden** en het vermogen om meerdere taken tegelijk te beheren.
- Je bent een klantgericht persoon die problemen kan oplossen en weloverwogen beslissingen kan nemen.
- Je kan discreet werken en omgaan met gevoelige of vertrouwelijke informatie.
- Je beschikt over** uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden**.
