Cigna intergovernmental health (IOH) business is an integral part of Cigna's growing international business. Product types include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Disability, Travel, etc. are sold to groups.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer IO, Gilles Nyssens, this role forms part of the IOH Commercial leadership team and serves as the leader accountable for consultative guidance and business development of the IOH segment.
**Your job**
You will be leading and the accountable owner of the consultative guidance project.This strategic project will repurpose our existing data to position IOH as the thought leader in the market and will use that same data to provide consultative guidance on how to manage healthcare costs for our key IOH clients This role will also support business growth by being responsible for business development in identified areas such as Asia and France.
This position requires broad knowledge of our International Organisations Health solutions around the world, as well as an understanding of the IO market landscape. This position requires consultancy experience and the ability to roll out our health and value strategy. For this role a firm understanding of revenue models to generate additional value for Cigna is needed

Accountabilities
- Lead the consultative guidance project until completion.? This entails the development of thought leadership data, prepare a consultative guidance framework for our key clients and help our commercial teams roll this framework out into the market.
- Help maximizing value for Cigna through the consultative guidance framework.
- Identify opportunities to increase our pipeline and partner with the Commercial teams to support growth.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Client Management, Marketing, Underwriting, Actuary, IT, Clinical etc..) to develop the consultative guidance framework.
- Be a leader in the commercial leadership team and be a critical part of a high performing leadership team
