**Positionner**:
Ta future aventure s’articule autour de 3 aspects : la gestion administrative, comptable et RH

Pour ce faire, voici tes responsabilités:

- Tu accueilles les visiteurs avec le sourire
- Tu traites les appels entrants, les mails et le courrier
- Tu assures un suivi optimal de la flotte automobile et des équipements IT
- Tu finalises les commandes auprès des fournisseurs
- Tu encodes et envoies les factures fournisseurs/clients et notes de frais
- Tu effectues le suivi des dettes fournisseurs / créances clients et tu relances les paiements si nécessaire
- Tu veilles à mettre à jour les données sociales ainsi que les tableaux concernant les dépenses fournisseurs
- Tu participes à l’organisation d’évènements internes
- Tu apportes un support au niveau de l’administration du personnel et du recrutement

**Profil et compétences**:
Si tu réponds « **oui** » aux points ci-dessous, **tu as trouvé ton futur challenge **
- Tu maîtrises le français et tu as de bonnes connaissances en néerlandais et anglais (niveau B1 minimum)
- Les principes généraux de la comptabilité n’ont pas de secret pour toi
- Tu es en possession d’un diplôme d’études supérieures (Bachelier et ou Master) ou tu disposes d’une expérience concluante en comptabilité / administration d’entreprise
- Débrouillard et proactif, tu n’hésites pas à prendre des initiatives
- Souriant et communicatif, la positive attitude coule dans tes veines
