**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

The precise nature of activities will depend on the priorities and office work during the time of the placement. However, the responsibilities and tasks are likely to include the following:
? Executive assistant to CEO (supporting the CEO and office management team as needed, coordinating global/regional and inter-office calls, coordinating travel, diary management with external partners and business contacts, completing expense reports, other tasks as required);

? All aspects related to the smooth-running of the office (welcoming visitors, answering telephones, ordering taxis & couriers, mail distribution, management of meeting rooms booking & set up of meeting rooms, ordering catering as and when necessary for client and office meetings, responsibility for general tidiness of meeting space, ordering office and kitchen supplies, booking travel arrangements, supporting the team as needed, etc).

**Profil**

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**

? Native or near-native level of English and French (oral and written) is required,
Dutch is a benefit;
? Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced office environment;
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - a positive approach with a proactive and self-learning attitude;
? Ability to work under pressure and on multiple assignments and deadlines;
? Very good computer skills and use of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
? Knowledge of Brussels and proven experience in a similar role.
