**Mission**:
Effectuer la gestion financière quotidienne des actifs correctement et à temps dans les systèmes de données appropriés et contrôler les résultats (à la fois le contenu et le processus) et les améliorations qui en découlent.
**Tâches**:
- Agir en tant que premier point de contact pour les collègues internes (maintenance des actifs et Lineas) et les parties externes (ateliers, gares, clients) en ce qui concerne les aspects du cadre de la flotte d'actifs Lineas (c'est-à-dire les finances, les réclamations et le contrôle des coûts), assurer une communication claire et escalader en cas de problèmes ;
- Gérer l'administration financière des coûts de maintenance des wagons et des locomotives, c'est-à-dire traiter les factures entrantes, convertir les budgets annuels et les contrats en bons de commande et préparer les bons de commande pour les activités et les contrats gérés par l'organisation de maintenance des wagons et des locomotives ;
- Suivi en temps utile de tous les coûts liés à la maintenance des wagons, en vérifiant les activités de maintenance réalisées, la documentation correspondante (factures et devis) et les tarifs de l'atelier ;
- Suivi des boîtes aux lettres fonctionnelles ;- Proposer des améliorations aux processus et procédures cadres sur la base de toutes les informations disponibles ;- Défier les fournisseurs sur la qualité de leurs flux financiers, élaborer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations (conjointes) pour parvenir à une administration allégée ;
Activités spécifiques pour les finances
- Traiter les factures entrantes relatives aux actifs de maintenance (wagons et locomotives) ;
- Transformer en bons de commande les budgets annuels et les contrats relatifs à la maintenance (préventive et corrective) des actifs ; Préparer les bons de commande et recevoir les factures pour les activités et les contrats liés à la maintenance des actifs et aux réclamations liées à la réparation des locomotives et des wagons ;
- Gérer la préfacturation des services facturés à des tiers dans le cadre des réclamations relatives aux dommages subis par les wagons (par exemple, travaux de réparation (mobiles) et services auxiliaires), y compris la préparation des dossiers, l'envoi des factures au back office Finances et la garantie que toutes les factures sortantes sont payées en temps voulu ;
- Recueillir les données nécessaires au traitement des réclamations liées aux dommages subis par les véhicules ;
- Garantir que les données relatives à la maintenance nécessaires à l'administration financière sont complètes et à jour dans les bases de données (par exemple Echo, CIS, Navision, Datahaven) ;
- Gérer les litiges entrants relatifs aux services facturés, notamment en trouvant une solution pour résoudre les litiges et en demandant au back-office financier d'émettre des notes de crédit si nécessaire ;
- Contrôler les dépenses réelles par rapport au budget, analyser la différence et faire rapport à toutes les parties prenantes concernées ;
- Participer à des projets d'optimisation liés à l'amélioration et à la normalisation de l'administration financière, par exemple l'optimisation de la gestion de la trésorerie.
Le cas échéant, assurer la coordination avec les services financiers et toutes les autres parties prenantes.
