Als Digital Support Manager ben jij de rustige spelverdeler binnen het digitale team van BBC. Je bewaakt de planning van de digitale studio, bepaalt prioriteiten en houdt de timeline en workload van projecten in de gaten. Je lost digitale issues zelf op of stuurt ze door naar de juiste experts binnen het team. Je werkt nauw samen met project managers, account managers en digitale studio om collega’s en klanten de best mogelijke digitale ervaring te bezorgen.
**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:
- Enkele jaren ervaring in project management (bij een agency is een voordeel).
- Je werkt tegelijkertijd aan verschillende projecten, voor BBC of voor klanten, en je schakelt vlot tussen diverse taken.
- Je vindt het leuk om in digitale toepassingen (websites, tools, apps ) te duiken, ze te testen en eventuele bugs te rapporteren.
- Je bent analytisch en technisch sterk genoeg om gesprekken te voeren met digital creatives.
- Ervaring in tools of platformen als Google Workspace, Hubspot, Wordpress, Showpad, Campaign Monitor is een plus.
- Je houdt van orde en structuur en bent administratief sterk. Hiervoor krijg je de nodige tools ter beschikking - of je stelt zelf nieuwe voor, natuurlijk.

- gefocust en stressbestendig. Je bewaart het overzicht, zelfs wanneer deadlines en prioriteiten veranderen.
- nieuwsgierig en proactief in je zoektocht naar oplossingen. Een kritische blik op onze interne processen is welkom.
- niet bang om mensen aan te spreken en in overleg te gaan. Je communiceert daarbij sympathiek en bent geduldig.
- vloeiend in zowel het Engels als het Nederlands.
