Functieomschrijving
Als equity operations manager krijg je te maken met:
- De operationele verwerking van institutionele orderuitvoeringen, Equity Capital Markets deals
- Coördinatie van witwaspraktijken en rapportage aan de toezichthouder.
- Je zorgt voor een tijdige afwikkeling van de transacties voor onze high demaning klanten binnen de geldende afwikkelingscyclus.
- Deze transacties worden snel en klantvriendelijk verwerkt door operationele controles uit te voeren en onze front office collega's te adviseren in de back office bij het structureren van hun deals.
- Aangezien de operationele omgeving een dynamisch domein is, krijg je ook te maken met cross-team projectwerk, dit om onze processen te verbeteren en te stroomlijnen
Profiel
Jouw Functie:
- Je hebt een Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
- Je krijgt energie van de snelle dealing room omgeving van een IB
- Je houdt van optimaliseren, processen verbeteren
- Gepassioneerd door de financiële markten
- Stressbestendig

Bestellingen plaatsen
- Brieven, tabellen,... invoeren volgens instructies
- Personen onthalen en hun vraag identificeren
- Kopieerwerk verrichten
- Telefonische oproepen aannemen
Doorverbinden naar de gevraagde gesprekspartners
Een boodschap noteren
- Administratieve dossiers samenstellen
Gegevens, de actualisatie van gegevens, terugzendingen of aanmaningen controleren
- Documenten coderen, klasseren en archiveren
- Briefwisseling registreren, sorteren, frankeren
