- Wie ben jij?- Je hebt een eerste HR werkervaring binnen rekrutering;
- Je bent gewend om meerdere recruitment-, verbeterprojecten en campagnes tegelijkertijd te managen;- Je kan processen bewaken en snel schakelen tussen verschillende functies, projecten en gesprekspartners.
- Je bent een doorzetter in deze sterk concurrerende markt.
- Je bent sociaal zeer vaardig en vindt het prettig om veel en intensief te communiceren met mensen.
- Je kan omgaan met weerstand en je bent in staat om mensen aan je te binden en mensen met elkaar te verbinden.
- Je bent iemand die met veel enthousiasme ons als potentiële werkgever eruit laat springen.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect met een zeer goede kennis van het Frans;
- Je bent proactief en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit: mis je informatie of weet je niet hoe iets aan te pakken, dan ga jij op onderzoek uit.
