**Job description**
As VP Marketing for the Power Technique Service Division, you are a major player in the division’s exciting growth journey and strategic development track.
You contribute to the growth of the division by continuously strengthening and executing the PTS strategy throughout the worldwide organization.
You will report to the President of the Power Technique Service Division and you are a key member of the Divisional Management team.
**Mission**
Your responsibilities include, amongst others:
- Develop PTS world-wide as a strong leader in the Aftermarket business by continuously increasing our market shares and customer shares in all product segments at a sustained profitability level.
- Focus on strong profitable growth, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and capital efficiency.
- Continuously refine and execute the growth strategy of the Portable Air, Power and Flow pillars in the medium term with an emphasis on preventive maintenance & refurb/reman development through direct, indirect and e-commerce business.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and viable strategy for the development of new service products and on pirate protection.
- Develop and implement a strong price management culture, supported with a transparent price management system.
- Promote the connectivity strategy via Fleetlink with the express goals of driving efficiency in aftermarket sales based on this connectivity. Focus on customer & internal value creation through data analytics and implementation of monitoring processes.
- Develop and implement solid business territory management culture and machine population management system.
- Focus on the Digitalization of the customer centers with a view of being easy to do business with, in this context develop the next steps in e-commerce.
- Expand the business to encompass a “second life” or reconditioning strategy and roll it out globally. In this light implement an acquisition strategy to increase engine competence in our markets, specifically in Europe.
- Drive the execution of our acquisition strategy to increase presence in USA, Europe and China.
- Develop, lead, motivate and grow the marketing team further to unleash their full potential.
- You will represent the division in the PT BA Marketing Council.
**Experience requirements**
You should have a proven track record in Marketing and Sales in a customer center and/or a division.
You should have a proven track of delivering results, and of developing a successful, well-motivated organization in a leadership role.
If you have taken part in one or several acquisitions, it will be seen as advantageous.
You had an international experience - either from living and working abroad or from having business relations internationally.
Good knowledge of English is a must, other languages a plus.
**Knowledge**
You have a solid understanding of the Way We Do Things.
Very good knowledge of English is a must, as are excellent communication and presentation skills.
**Educational requirements**
A university degree in economics, engineering and/or business administration or a similar, relevant field.
**Personality requirements**
You are an ambitious person, who is a leader and team player with the ability to effectively collaborate across boundaries. You should be result oriented, analytical and devoted to following and developing processes within the financial and controlling area and a broad business understanding. You must have excellent communication skills; customer orientation and you are also able to establish relations and networks with people inside and outside the organization.
This position requires regular travels. You will have a key role in the Divisional Management Team and as such will be a team player.
