**Jobomschrijving**:
Als Corporate Quality Manager werk je binnen het departement General Staff van de divisie General Management en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de transversale ontwikkeling van de kwaliteitsaanpak. Je fungeert als referentiepunt en autoriteit. Je rapporteert aan de Head of General Staff.
Om de globale MIVB-governance te definiëren en te implementeren, zijn er een aantal cenakels opgericht (BPM-klankbord, Klantenstrategiecomité, enz.). Deze omvatten leden van het Management Team en hebben een sponsor. Als Corporate Quality Manager maak je deel uit van dit comité en ben je de drijvende kracht achter de voorstellen en activiteiten. Je baseert je verbetervoorstellen (op strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau) op de best practices die in bedrijven (openbaar vervoer en andere sectoren) gelden en op die welke al door lokale experts binnen de divisies worden toegepast.
Meer in detail:
- Je verbetert de operationele prestaties van de MIVB door een algemeen beleid voor Quality Management te ontwikkelen en te implementeren.
- Je definieert de governance voor het bedrijf in nauwe samenwerking met de Board, die verantwoordelijk is voor het valideren van de aanpak en het verzekeren van een goede continuïteit binnen het bedrijf.
- Je ontwikkelt en consolideert deze governance op basis van best practices (intern en extern) en positieve ervaringen uit de praktijk, via lokale experts. Je ontwikkelt een kwaliteitscultuur in de hele organisatie.
- Je brengt deze governance, de methodes, processen en tools tot leven in alle divisies, in nauwe samenwerking met de gemeenschap van lokale experts en het management.
- Je bent het referentiepunt van het bedrijf voor Quality Management. Je doet voorstellen en vertegenwoordigt de MIVB bij externe organisaties (RBC, UITP).
- Je stuurt de proces gebaseerde managementbenadering (BPM) van het bedrijf en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening aan onze klanten door de transversale analyse van resultaten en het zoeken naar verbeteringen te stimuleren. Je beheert de processen voor ISO-certificering en kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen. Je verdedigt en promoot de "Customer Experience - CX" cultuur.
- Je geeft leiding aan een team van 4 personen.
**Gevraagd profiel**:
- Je hebt een masterdiploma en aantoonbare ervaring in Quality of Process Management, Business Process Management of QSE (Quality Security & Environment) in een corporate omgeving.
- Kennis van openbaar vervoer of mobiliteit is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van beide landstalen en van het Engels.
- Je vaardigheden: leiderschap, actief luisteren, influential skills, strategische visie, goede interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, communicatie, schrijfvaardigheid, kritisch denken, voorstellen kunnen doen, vaardigheden om groepen te faciliteren.
