We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Software License Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Software License Specialist you will manage and support our self certification efforts with our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Become knowledgeable in AGPLv3 and other open source license requirements
- Understand Apryse software commercial license models, current and past
- General understanding of contracting terms and conditions
- Take ownership of assigned self certification cases
- Communicate with customer top level technical, legal and executives
- Explain the self certification requirements to the customer/user and ensure their actual compliance with prior purchased software
- Grow compliance market opportunities in the EMEA region through self certification discovery
- Build rapport with a user to transform any software compliance identified concern into a long term partnership by bringing to a sales ready stage
- Understand Apryse as product and exercise the market for potential growth
- Document your work accurately in CRM system (SalesForce)
- Liaise between Apryse Compliance, Sales and Legal teams
- Actively participate in team meetings and weekly trainings
- Participate in software compliance related events & conferences

**Requirements**:

- 4+ year includes sales or audit experience within a software company
- Understands and communicates in fluent English
- Able to understand the technical details of a product
- Able to challenge and communicate with technical and/or legal personnel in every level with a customer in a professional manner
- Be able to identify complex compliance concerns and support a long term solution
- Able to understand with a wide breadth of knowledge (i.e. contracting terms, various communication styles, basic legal terminology, and general technical)
- Able to work independently, as well as within a team
- Ability to follow-through and follow-up on assigned cases in a timely fashion
