Onze klant is een onderneming actief in **software-ontwikkeling en A.I. tools voor advocaten.** Ze maken **deel** uit van een **legal tech group**. Omwille van hun sterke groei, zijn we op zoek naar een
**CUSTOMER SU**CCESS** SPECIALIST**
**Jouw taken**:
- Je staat in voor de opstart en begeleiding van klanten (= advocaten), dit kan remote of bij de klant zelf zijn
- Deze functie bestaat vooral uit het goed analyseren van de behoeften van de klant (mogelijkheden softwarepakket, werkprocessen) waarbij een correcte vertaalslag naar het nieuwe softwarepakket cruciaal is.
- Je gaat de klant ondermeer ondersteunen bij het instellen en/of aanpassen van de technische instellingen van het softwarepakket op basis van hun specifieke noden. Je gaat de klant hierin begeleiden en opleiden.
- Je geeft opleiding aan klanten over het gebruik van het softwarepakket in de praktijk. Je zorgt ook voor de pedagogische follow-up van de oplossingen die bij de klant zijn geïmplementeerd.
- Je biedt 1ste en 2de lijns ondersteuning aan klanten; dit is met betrekking tot de software maar ook op technisch vlak
- Updaten, optimaliseren en creëeren van trainingscontent en online hulp (documentatie, veelgestelde vragen, instructievideo’s, webinars)
- Je rapporteert praktische moeilijkheden van klanten en stelt oplossingen voor (aanvullende training, rapporteert bugs, rapporteert ontwikkelingsverzoeken)
- Het oplossen van de problemen kan bijna altijd vanop afstand (telefonisch, per mail). De opstart en opleiding gebeurt echter on-site bij de klant zelf.
- Je hebt ervaring met/kennis van vennootschapsboekhouding **OF** bent bereid deze te verwerven.
- Je bent technisch aangelegd
- Je hebt affiniteit met software of interesse/ervaring in de software/SaaS sector
- Je hebt ervaring in een vergelijkbare klantgerichte, customer success functie
- Klantgericht, communicatief, analytisch, autonoom, teamgericht, goed kunnen plannen, discipline en stressbestendigheid
- Van nature steeds strevend naar verbetering
- Grondige kennis van de Microsoft Office suite meer bepaald Ms Word en Outlook
- Taalkennis: zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Engels (spreken, lezen en schrijven), goede kennis Frans is een troef
