Ben je gepassioneerd door Sales & Marketing en ben je sterk in analytisch denken? Wij zoeken een nieuwe collega om de rol van Audience & Workflow Expert op te nemen binnen het departement Go-To-Market Optimisation & Innovation, in onze hoofdzetel in Brussel. Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en implementatie van commerciële en administratieve campagnes voor alle bedrijfstakken van de bank. Samen met de Go-To-Market Officers zoek je de beste manier om commerciële ideeën te vertalen naar de juiste audience en marketing automation journeys.
**Jouw job**
- Je gebruikt databronnen om hypotheses te stellen en complexe marketing automation campagnes te bouwen en bij te sturen.
- Je beheert je eigen planningscapaciteit samen met je team manager.
- Je streeft naar een benadering van de klant op maat, gebruikmakend van alle beschikbare data.

Je denkt oplossingsgericht en out-of-the-box. Dit doe je samen met je collega’s om nieuwe oplossingen te bedenken en technieken aan te leren. Daarnaast werk je grondig en gedetailleerd, het resultaat van je werk komt immers rechtstreeks bij de klant aan.
- De taalvaardigheden
Je kunt je vlot uitdrukken, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands of Frans, een goede kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
- Beheersing van tools
- Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring met Adobe Campaign of een ander Marketing Automation platform.
- Beheersing van SQL of andere programmeertalen is een plus.
