**Jouw bijdrage, jouw missies**:
Als Contract Management Advisor maak je deel uit van het bestaande Procurement-team en beheert de contracten in de uitvoeringsfase van overheidsopdrachten, hoofdzakelijk op het vlak van IT-leveringen en -diensten. In deze functie ligt de focus van je takenpakket op:
- kennis van de leveranciers en de inhoud van de contracten,
- verlenging van licenties, onderhoud, ondersteuning, advies, opleidingen, enzovoort,
- beheer van latere opdrachten met inachtname van de geldende wetgeving, de opdrachtdocumenten en de opgelegde termijnen,
- analyse van de indexering van de offertes,
- onderhandeling omtrent de offertes wanneer het bestek het toestaat,
- begeleiding van de project managers en andere betrokken medewerkers,
- adviserende en ondersteunende rol,
- relationeel beheer en contextuele opvolging van de leveranciers,
- monitoring tijdens de uitvoering en anticipatie van hindernissen,
- analyse van de gegevens die samenhangen met het contractbeheer, en contextuele reporting.
**Jij, onze toekomstige collega**:
- hebt een diploma in een commerciële, administratieve of technische richting,
- hebt 5 jaar ervaring op zak in een gelijkaardige functie,
- beheerst de Microsoft 365-kantoortoepassingen,
- bezit een algemene kennis van de modellen van licensing software, de contractvoorwaarden van IT-leveringen en -diensten,
- hebt een basiskennis van de wetgeving inzake overheidsopdrachten, kennis van de Brusselse institutionele context is een pluspunt,
- hebt minstens een gemiddeld niveau wat betreft het Nederlands; mínimale kennis van het Engels is een bijkomende troef,
- bent heel sterk in onderhandelen,
- bent nauwgezet, gestructureerd, methodisch en volhardend,
- neemt graag initiatief en streeft voortdurend naar verbetering,
- bent polyvalent, en weet meerdere dossiers tegelijk in goede banen te leiden.
