**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het **beheer** en de **ontwikkeling** voor een **repository van standaarden**.
- Je werkt nauw samen met interne en externe **experts** om deze standaarden op te stellen en te verfijnen.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de standaarden voldoen aan de **noden** van de **business** en van de **klanten**, en je zoekt een evenwicht tussen de noden van de **project
- en onderhoudsafdeling.**:

- Je streeft naar een mínimale **cost of ownership**.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een **correcte governance** van de standaarden en je staat in voor het proces van **continue verbetering**.
- Je zorgt voor de nodige **aanpassingen**, op basis van terugkerende problemen, best practices en geleerde lessen vanuit exploitatie en projecten, na **overleg** met **stakeholders**.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor interne en externe **trainingen** met betrekking tot deze standaarden.

**Dit zijn de vereiste kwalificaties**:

- Je hebt bagage van **technische expertise** (bij voorkeur in gebouwtechnieken).
- Je bent zeer **communicatief** en je kan partijen samenbrengen in workshops en consensus bewerkstelligen.
- Je hebt kennis met betrekking tot **building information modelling**.
- Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring als **projectingenieur** of binnen een technisch studiebureau binnen een gelijkaardige omgeving.
- Je beschikt over een **hoger diploma** binnen een technische richting of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je leest en schrijft vloeiend **Nederlands** en **Engels**.
