- Er wordt veel belang gehecht aan jouw work-life balance, dus geen telefoontjes in de late uren. De klantendienst is bereikbaar tussen de kantooruren van 8.00u en 18.00u.
- Bovenop jouw 20 wettelijke verlofdagen, krijg je nog eens 12 betaalde ADV-dagen om je harde werk te recuperen tijdens de zonnige zomer.

- Als Customer Experience Officer stel je de meest gepaste producten en diensten voor. Daarbij kijk je steeds vooruit en ga je voor upgrades, overloop je bio-oplossingen (mazout eco+) en bespreek je CO2-compensatie.
- Je bent een vlotte prater, goede luisteraar en straffe meedenker.
- Je zet je schouders onder rententiecampagnes, zodat er ook aan de bestaande klanten de beste services kan gegarandeerd blijven.
- Je bent een enthousiast teamlid waarop je collega's kunnen rekenen. Je houdt in de werkplanning rekening met het team en neemt deel aan de beurtrol voor de zaterdagvoormiddag-permanentie (wordt verwacht ongeveer 1 op 4 zaterdagen tijdens de winterperiode).
- Je hebt een onweerstaanbare commerciële flair en zet de klanten steeds op de eerste plaats.
- Je staat er voor open om aan cross-selling te doen. Hierbij hou je al de diensten, zoals ook tankkeuringen, in je achterhoofd.
- Je registreert bestellingen, volgt vragen rond prijzen of leveringen op en plant afspraken in voor onze techniekers. Ook naar opmerkingen en klachten luister je met veel begrip, waarna je gericht op zoek gaat naar snelle oplossingen.
