**DESCRIPTION**
L'un des objectifs du groupe AXA est de développer les services de « Wealth Management ».
Architas SA cible un segment de clientèle aisée en collaboration avec différentes entités du groupe en Belgique et à l'étranger. Architas se positionne comme un gestionnaire de portefeuille. Dans ce contexte, Architas doit disposer d'une organisation commerciale solide afin de développer ses activités.
La priorité du Business Development Manager est de travailler étroitement ensemble avec les agents/ courtiers de sa région à fin de vendre le service de gestion discrétionnaire d’Architas aux clients.
Le BDM va activement recruter des nouveaux courtiers qui travaillent comme apporteur d’affaire et qui vont lui fournir des leads pour le service de la gestion discrétionnaire d’Architas.
**ACTIVITÉS ET RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS**
- Travailler ensemble avec un réseau de courtiers/agents, agir comme ambassadeur dans le réseau de courtiers/agents pour l’ensemble des services d’Architas
- Faire une analyse des besoins à fin de déterminer le profil de risque du client
- Rédiger une proposition de portefeuille
- Être capable d'expliquer l'environnement macroéconomique, la stratégie d'investissement, l'allocation d'actifs et la sélection de fonds
- Être capable de faire des présentations et d'organiser des ateliers autour des services/produits d’Architas
- Comprendre et effectuer tous les contrôles de risque et de conformité requis pour votre fonction, tel que documenté dans nos politiques et procédures
**QUALIFICATIONS**
FORMATION REQUISE
Master ou Bachelor en économie
Ou diplôme connexe/équivalent par expérience
EXPÉRIENCE REQUISE:
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience
Langue maternelle : Français
Bonne connaissance de l'anglais & néerlandais

COMPETENCES PARTICULIERES
- Communication & écoute : capacité de communiquer efficacement avec les autres en utilisant la parole et l'écrit. Rien ne se construit dans une relation client à long terme sans honnêteté et sur des malentendus. Le discours du commercial doit donc être sincère pour être crédible. L’empathie est un réel atout. Le relation client nécessite un sens relationnel développé (timide s'abstenir), une capacité d'écoute ‘active’ et d'adaptation afin d'intégrer rapidement les spécificités de chacun de ses clients.
- Organisation & indépendance : la gestion de centaines de clients et de contrats commerciaux différents nécessite une bonne organisation (et une bonne mémoire). Certaines actions (promotion de distributeurs par exemple) impliquent que le commercial devienne en quelque sorte un chef d'orchestre. Charge à lui de coordonner les différents services en charge de son action spécifique : promotion, marketing, logistique, prestaires externes, etc.
- Résolution de problèmes : capacité à trouver une solution ou à traiter de manière proactive les problèmes liés au travail.
- Agile & Alerte : capacité à gérer les priorités changeantes et les problèmes inhérents à une jeune entreprise en développement.
- Résistant à la pression et au stress: capacité d'accomplir les tâches assignées dans des situations stressantes et dans le temps imparti. Prospection, prise de rendez-vous, négociation commerciale difficile, risque de perte d'un gros client, etc. Mieux vaut donc savoir prendre du recul. Le stress est positif quand il est stimulant et permet d'avancer mais il peut devenir négatif quand il est trop envahissant.
- Force de persuasion - Enthousiasme : cela concerne à la fois le fond (arguments percutants par rapport aux besoins du clients) et la forme (la façon dont on formule son argumentaire est primordiale : énergie, passion et assurance doivent être au rendez-vous pour convaincre)
