SALES EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION**:Sales Executive**
REPORTS TO**:Sales Manager**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Experience with hands-on business development and a proven track record in achieving sales results.
- Co-create the M&E strategy & Client experience with your supervisor.
- Receiving and processing Sales / Meetings & Events requests in an efficient, friendly and professional manner as well as timely manner.
- Performing site inspections with customers as part of the selling process.
- Establishing contracts and legal documents with the client.
- Ability to actively 'hunt' new business with drive and determination to achieve targets
- Understanding the competitive landscape, local and feeder market dynamics, and changing customer needs to ensure property success.
- Prepare, analyze and write reports to outline business progress and opportunities.
- Records the statistics of he/his sales accounts.
- Ensure that all sales related activities support customer satisfaction, retention and new business development goals.
- Meets budgeted sales and profit margins for group business, by soliciting, selling, and confirming business as required.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong ability to build and develop long lasting relationships with clients
- Sound business acumen with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to effectively manage time, priorities and achieve deadlines
- Articulate verbal and written communication skills
- Professional personal presentation representing Tangla Hotel brand with pride and conviction
- Conducts outside sales calls to solicit existing and new guests.
- Participation at tradeshows, forums and workshops - also non country based events
- Increases sales volume and profitability (YOY).
- Keeps Sales Department informed of group booking status during the Sales and

Revenue meetings.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Personality wise we are looking for a hunter, proactive with her/his clients and always happy to help.
- Solution finder personality
- Significant Sales management experience (min 1 year) in a similar role
- Excellent presentation
- Full command of French and English is a requirement - Dutch a definite plus.
