Als Junior Production Manager ben je de hoofdverantwoordelijke voor het reilen en zeilen binnen het fabriek.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en coördinatie van productie en magazijn
- De lijnverantwoordelijke aan sturen en hun directe ploegmedewerkers en ervoor zorgen dat in de productie en magazijn alles volgens de afspraken en werkvoorschriften verloopt
- Mee de samenstelling van de productieploegen organiseren en samen coördineren met de HR Manager waar nodig
- Je maakt deel uit van het management team dat toeziet op allround bedrijfsaspecten zoals kwaliteit, klanttevredenheid, duurzaamheid, waste management, etc.
- Samen met de rest van het management denk je mee na optimalisatie van processen binnen de productie en magazijn.
Welke skills moet de Junior Production Manager hebben volgens onze klant?
- Je hebt al een eerste werkervaring in een productieomgeving
- Je bent open en communicatief en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Engels; kennis van het Frans is een plus
- Je ben iemand die graag mensen aanstuurt op een assertieve maar constructieve manier; het beste uit iedereen bovenhalen is iets wat je motiveert en voldoening geeft
- Je bent technisch aangelegd en hebt affiniteit met productieprocessen
- Gedreven en een goede portie technisch inzicht en interesse
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis MS Office
- Affiniteit met voedingsproducten, ervaring in de voeding -of drankensector is zeker een pluspunt
- Bereid zijn, om in het kader van je 'on the job training', mee te draaien in productie en magazijn; ook in een ploegensysteem (vroeg-late)
- Een vast contract bij een groeiend, innovatief Belgisch familiebedrijf
- Een marktconform loon aangevuld met extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, netto onkosten vergoeding, resultaat gebonden bonus en een bedrijfswagen
