As an International Sales Officer at EMAsphere, you will play a pivotal role in driving our international expansion strategy across key markets including Canada, the United States, Australia, and Europe. Working closely with the co-founder, CEO, and Commercial Director, you will be responsible for preparing and executing strategic initiatives to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Analysis and Strategy Development**: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges in target regions. Develop strategic sales plans and tactics to penetrate new markets effectively.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**: Utilize various channels including, cold outreach, and partnership development to generate leads and expand the company's client base. Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to create relationships and drive sales conversions.
- **Sales Support and Coordination**: Collaborate closely with the co-founder, CEO, and Commercial Director to support sales activities, including preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, progress, and results.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of international markets and cultural nuances, with experience in expanding businesses into new regions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
- Proficiency in English knowledge of other languages (e.g French, Italian, German,, Spanish) is a plus.
