Het avontuur

Yonderland is een toonaangevende omnichannel outdoor retailer in Europa met de labels AS Adventure en Juttu in België, Bever in Nederland en Cotswold, Snow+Rock en Runnersneed in het Verenigd Koninkrijk.

Yonderland heeft een centraal IT team dat drie business units in meerdere landen ondersteunt.

Door de continue groei van de Yonderland groep zijn we op zoek naar een IT Master Planning & Delivery Coordinator.
- In een eerste fase zal de IT Master Planning & Delivery Coordinator het huidige proces grondig aanleren en evalueren om eventuele verbeteringen voor te stellen en een end-to-end proces te definiëren dat een kwaliteitsvolle oplevering van IT naar de business organisatie garandeert, rekening houdend met business-prioriteit en IT-capaciteit.
- Na de initiële opzet, implementeert de IT Master Planning & Delivery Coordinator het proces in de organisatie in verschillende stappen in de brede organisatie en organiseert hij/zij verschillende evaluatiemomenten.
- Na implementatie, faciliteert en beheert de IT Master Planning & Delivery Coordinator het proces van start tot einde en is de IT Master Planning & Delivery Coordinator verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de informatie in het proces en de kwaliteitsvolle afhandeling ervan.

Profiel

Je uitrusting
- Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol denk je als een ondernemer, maar houd je rekening met de impact van jouw ondernemen op de rest van de grote, internationale organisatie.
- Je slaagt erin om het perfecte evenwicht te vinden tussen snelheid en kwaliteit van oplevering.
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in IT planning, als SCRUM master, delivery manager, verantwoordelijke voor planning en opvolging,
- Je hebt het vermogen om structuur en transparantie aan te brengen in een hoog tempo en snel veranderende omgeving.
- Je hebt ervaring met het werken in een internationale omgeving, en met nearshoring/outsourcing partners, interne en externe stakeholders en slaagt erin om verschillende groepen met verschillende belangen op dezelfde lijn te krijgen.
- Je hebt de bereidheid om te reizen. De IT teams opereren vanuit Hoboken (vlakbij Antwerpen), Pijnacker (vlakbij Rotterdam) en het Verenigd Koninkrijk (Kemble of Londen); voor deze rol kun je vanuit alle kantoren werken.

- Overgaan tot het uitvoeren van functionele en technische verbeteringen
De applicatie uitrollen (parametrering, opvolging,...)
- Controleren of de gebruikers de informatiesystemen gelijkvormig gebruiken (regels, procedures,...)
- Gebruikers begeleiden of opleiden over de nieuwe vakprocessen en toepassingen
- Functionele oplossingen formaliseren en bepalen
Evoluties en functionele uitbreidingen van het informatiesysteem voorstellen aan de opdrachtgever
- Functionele tests van de ontwikkelde toepassingen uitvoeren en opvolgen
- De realisatie van projecten superviseren en coördineren
- De architectuur van de informatiesystemen van de onderneming analyseren
- Gegevensdragers opstellen voor informatiedoorstroming of opleiding en deze doorgeven aan de betrokken personen
- Strategische keuzes voor de evolutie van de informatiesystemen van de onderneming bepalen en aanbevelen
- Behoeften van de opdrachtgever identificeren
Vakprocessen analyseren
Opportuniteit en uitvoerbaarheid evalueren
- Lastenboeken en functionele en algemene specificaties uitwerken, bijwerken en aan de opdrachtgever overmaken
- Samen met informatici een softwarepakket kiezen en een werkwijze aanbevelen voor de toepassing in de onderneming (ontwerp, ontwikkeling, uitrol)
