To deliver a great guest experience - a Shift Leader will check in and out guests efficiently, and make sure they have all they need for a great stay.

**What we need from you**:
- Look smart - wear your uniform with pride - Great communication skills - Bachelor’s degree/Higher education qualification - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality (Front Office) - Basic math skills are used frequently when handling cash or credit - Problem solving, reasoning, motivating and training abilities are often used - Must speak fluent English, French and or Dutch. - Being passionate about people and service - Reading and writing abilities are used often when completing paperwork, logging issue complaints/requests/information updates, etc. -Have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and/or holidays
