..**Wat doe je?**:
**Ontwikkel en uitwerking van wervingsstrategieën**: Als Talent Acquisition Specialist ben jij de expert in jouw vakgebied. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert sourcing initiatieven die aansluiten bij de organisatiedoelstellingen en de behoeften van de verschillende afdelingen. Je hebt geen schrik om out-of-the-box te denken om de juiste kandidaat te vinden.
**Recrutering en selectie**: Je staat in voor identificeren, screenen en aannemen van top talent, meer specifiek voor onze back office afdelingen (operations, finance, sales, HR, IT, marketing...).
**Bouw sterke relaties op**: Naast het vinden van talent, ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke interne klantrelaties. Je begrijpt de behoeften van de Hiring Managers, adviseert hen over personeelsbehoeften en stelt de juiste selectiecriteria op om zo tot de ideale match tussen kandidaat en afdeling te komen. Ook extern neem je actief deel aan netwerkevenementen en ben je aanwezig op online platforms om relaties met potentiële kandidaten en externe partners op te bouwen.
**Interne mobiliteit**: naast rekrutering ondersteun en stimuleer je ook de interne mobiliteit binnen Wengage.
**Data analyse**: TA kpi’s zijn je niet vreemd. Je gebruikt het TA Dashboard om analyses te maken en trends te identificeren. Je genereert rapporten en doet gerichte aanbevelingen om onze TA processen te optimaliseren. We werken hiervoor met Excel, en Power BI.
**Mentor en coach**: Als senior lid van het team speel je een belangrijke rol in het begeleiden en coachen van jouw collega’s en draag je bij aan een sterk TA team.
**Waarin zal je uitblinken?**:
Wij zoeken bij voorkeur een Masterdiploma en een ervaren professional, met mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in Talent Acquisition. Je hebt bewezen succes behaald in het vinden en selecteren van topkandidaten voor diverse functies, gebruikmakend van sterke interview - en evaluatiemethoden. Social media en andere professionele netwerken (oa LinkedIin) zijn je vertrouwd
Als Talent Acquisition Specialist ben je gedreven door succes en resultaten. Je stelt hoge doelen en gaat proactief aan de slag om deze te bereiken. Je bent ambitieus en wilt continu groeien en excelleren in jouw vakgebied.
Je streeft naar een hoge klanttevredenheid (zowel richting kandidaat als interne stakeholders), waarbij jou sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden en organisatie talent een absolute meerwaarde zijn.
Daarnaast kan je je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engel, en heb je ervaring met het gebruik van recruitment software en ATS systemen.
Je hebt een analytisch denkvermogen, en ‘continue verbeteren’ maakt deel uit van jouw DNA.
