**VOTRE JOB**:
En tant qu’Events Producer, vous faites partie de notre équipe Events et vous vous occupez de la création et de l'élaboration de nos événements internes et externes.
- Vous concevez des événements et des projets créatifs pour vos clients internes et êtes responsable de l’exécution logistique et de l’organisation. Vous êtes un véritable ‘sparring-partner’, qui apporte des idées et recherche la meilleure solution pour leur demande. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le chef de projet de l'événement et avec les autres divisions de communication.
- Vous préparez minutieusement l'événement de A à Z.
- Vous préparez des présentations de concepts, des feuilles de route et des rétroplannings.
- Vous gérez le budget, négociez avec les fournisseurs et veillez à un suivi correct des commandes dans SAP.
- Vous contribuez à établir des partenariats avec les fournisseurs et d’autres acteurs du monde de l'événementiel.
- Vous êtes le point de contact lors d'un événement. Vous veillez à ce que la construction et le démontage se déroulent correctement et, le jour de l'événement, vous êtes la personne clé, qui veille à ce que tout se déroule sans accroc.
- Après un événement, vous êtes responsable d'un bon suivi. Vous assurez le suivi de la facturation, gardez contact avec les fournisseurs et les collègues qui ont contribué à l’événement, et réalisez une évaluation.
- Vous êtes également responsable d'autres projets, par exemple la commande et la distribution de cadeaux au personnel.
- Vous travaillez souvent sur le terrain, dans toute la Flandre, à Bruxelles, et occasionnellement en Wallonie. Le job peut impliquer de travailler le weekend et en soirée.
- Vous vous perfectionnez en permanence dans les dernières tendances et évolutions dans votre domaine.

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Vous avez une réelle passion pour l’organisation d'événements.
- Vous possédez un diplôme de Master ou une expérience équivalente.
- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience en tant qu’Events Producer.
- Vous avez un esprit créatif et pragmatique. Véritable problem-solver, vous avez toujours un plan B sous la main.
- Vous avez un réel talent d'organisation et adoptez une approche proactive.
- Vous faites preuve de diplomatie, d’assertivité et d’orientation client.
- Vous avez un sens inné de la coordination et des responsabilités.
- Vous avez une bonne résistance au stress et êtes capable d'effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois. Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière optimale, même sous une forte pression et dans des délais serrés.
- Une connaissance de la législation sur les marchés publics constitue un atout.
- Vous manifestez de la curiosité à l’égard du secteur ferroviaire et de la mobilité durable.
- Vous parlez couramment français et néerlandais.

L'équipe Events organise environ 200 événements par an (conférences de presse, family day, meetings pour le Top Management, job days, etc.).
