**DE JOB**:
Als Events Producer maak je deel uit van ons Event team en sta je in voor de creatie en uitwerking van onze interne en externe events.
- Je bedenkt creatieve events en projecten voor je interne klanten en bent verantwoordelijk voor de logistieke uitvoering en organisatie ervan. Je bent een echte ‘sparring partner’, brengt ideeën aan en zoekt de beste oplossing voor hun vraag. Je werkt hierbij in nauw overleg samen met de projectleider van het evenement en met andere communicatie-afdelingen.
- Je bereidt het evenement zeer grondig voor van a tot z.
- Je stelt conceptpresentaties, draaiboeken en retroplannings op.
- Je beheert het budget, onderhandelt met leveranciers en zorgt voor een correct opvolging van de bestellingen in SAP.
- Je helpt mee om partnerships op te bouwen met leveranciers en andere spelers in de eventwereld.
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt op een event. Je zorgt dat opbouw en afbraak correct gebeuren en op de dag van het event ben jij de spilfiguur die erover waakt dat alles naadloos verloopt.
- Na een event ben je verantwoordelijk voor een goeie nazorg. Je volgt de facturatie op, houdt contact met de leveranciers en collega’s die meewerkten en doet een evaluatie.
- Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor andere projecten, zoals vb. het bestellen en verdelen van personeelsgeschenken.
- Je werkt vaak op het terrein, in heel Vlaanderen en Brussel en af en toe ook in Wallonië. Weekend
- en avondwerk kunnen deel uitmaken van de job.
- Je schoolt je voortdurend bij in de nieuwste trends en ontwikkelingen binnen jouw vakdomein.

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je hebt een echte passie voor eventmanagement.
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als event producer.
- Je bent creatief en hands-on. Je bent een echte problem-solver en je hebt steeds een plan B achter de hand.
- Je bent een echt organisatietalent en je gaat proactief te werk.
- Je bent diplomatisch, assertief en klantgericht.
- Je bent een geboren coördinator met een gezond verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
- Je bent stressbestendig en een goeie multi-tasker. Je bent in staat onder hoge druk en met strakke deadlines steeds optimaal te presteren
- Kennis van wetgeving overheidsopdrachten is een troef.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de spoorwegsector & duurzame mobiliteit.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
