What you'll do
We're looking for a talented Digital Producer to join our team and help us deliver exceptional digital content for our esteemed clients.
As a Digital Producer at iO Brussels, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering high-quality digital content across various platforms. Your main tasks will include handling banners, newsletters, webmastering, and social media posts to ensure our clients' digital presence is always active and engaging. You will work closely with clients, brief internal teams, and collaborate with different departments to bring projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Act as the primary contact for clients such as the National Lottery, Brussels Airport, and Lidl, understanding their needs and ensuring their requirements are met. Project Briefing: Effectively brief and coordinate with teams to deliver on project objectives and timelines. Content Production: Oversee the creation and management of digital content, including banners, newsletters, website updates, and social media posts. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with designers, developers, and marketers to ensure seamless execution of projects. Always On: Maintain a proactive approach to keep clients' digital presence engaging and up-to-date.
Your qualities and skills as Digital Producer
Experience: A minimum of one year's experience as a digital producer, project manager, social media manager, or in a related communication role. Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira is a plus. Languages: Proficiency in French/Dutch and a good knowledge of English. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage client relationships. #LI-ApollineDeCoster #LI-Hybrid
