Creative Lab is op zoek naar een freelance producer om de uitwerking van onze vele creatieve projecten mee in goede banen te leiden. Creative Lab is het intern creatief bureau van VRT, gespecialiseerd in digitale content en formats.
Wij zijn

een cel van digitale experts en creatieve geesten die de VRT van binnenuit vooruit helpt om haar missie als openbare omroep ook waar te maken in een digitale wereld die snel verandert,
bedenkers en ontwikkelaars van nieuwe, creatieve formats en content, met oog voor de noden van de eindgebruiker
een team dat adviseert en inspireert op vlak van digitale formats, content en strategie
Je kan ons kennen van

**Een waaier aan digitale projecten voor alle merken van VRT**:
videoreeksen als Café Sport, Gamelab of Mama’s Kindjes,
podcasts als Club Net, Puur Hypothetisch of Fichebak,
shortform content voor de TikTok van Sporza tijdens het EK & WK voetbal,
social content voor Het Verhaal van Vlaanderen, De Tijdloze of VRT MAX
Wat jij bij ons gaat doen

Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team van creatieve digitale profielen, met expertise in vele domeinen van het digitale speelveld: strategie, video, audio, copy, grafiek en social media. We werken in projecten van verschillende grootte, aard en lengte: van de ontwikkeling van een nieuwe videoreeks voor een merk tot de oplevering van social content of zelfs podcasts.

Je staat mee in voor de projectwerking van het Lab, zodat creatives in optimale omstandigheden kunnen doen waar ze goed in zijn, en het project binnen timing en budget wordt opgeleverd.
Je brengt structuur en ritme in creatieve projecten die vaak parallel lopen.
Je haalt de kern uit een veelheid van informatie, en waar informatie ontbreekt, ga je er actief naar op zoek.
Je rapporteert regelmatig en spontaan aan de Team Lead over lopende projecten, en houdt alle stakeholders (vaak zijn dat de collega’s bij de merken) op de hoogte van de status.
Creative Lab werkt hybride, ongeveer de helft van de week thuis, de helft in vaste teamdagen op de VRT.
Jouw profiel

**Je bent thuis in de verschillende facetten van mediaproductie**: kosten, planning, timing, coördinatie, schattingen,maar ook het creatief luik heeft voor jou geen geheimen.
Je hebt minstens een drietal jaar ervaring met een vergelijkbare opdracht.
Je bent vertrouwd met hoe digitale media gemaakt wordt.
Je bent een teamspeler met zin voor initiatief, die de mouwen met plezier zelf opstroopt.
Je kijkt goed vooruit, maar reageert ook gepast wanneer plannen anders uitdraaien.
J e communiceert vlot en helder, zowel gesproken als geschreven, zowel naar het team en leidinggevenden als naar externen.
Je kijkt kritisch naar je eigen werk en dat van anderen, en staat open voor feedback van je collega’s.
Contracttype
We bieden een freelance contract op afroep met een duurtijd van 12 maanden. Mogelijks 3-maal verlengbaar met telkens 12 maanden.
Dit contract biedt geen garantie op minimum aantal opdrachten maar voorziet flexibiliteit waardoor de concrete data waarop de diensten geleverd zullen worden in onderling overleg en op basis van beschikbaarheden afgesproken kunnen worden.
Gunningscriteria
De voorstellen worden beoordeeld op basis van de volgende criteria, gerangschikt in volgorde van belangrijkheid:
**Prijs**: de kandidaat geeft een dagprijs op uitgaande van 8u effectief geleverde prestaties per dag.

**Kwalificaties**: de kandidaat toont aan over voldoende ervaring te beschikken binnen de gevraagde vaardigheden: minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring of minstens 3 vergelijkbare projecten.
De opdracht wordt gegund aan minstens 3 kandidaten op basis van bovenstaande gunningscriteria voor de meest voordelige kandidaat.
