**Position Summary**:
Wij zijn op zoek naar een dynamische en inspirerende Store/Retail/Counter Manager om onze Sales Teams aan te sturen, te coachen en te ontwikkelen in het behalen van de sales, customer service en operationele targets. Als Store/Retail/Counter Manager beschik je over leiderschaps-, coaching & business management skills in retail.

Dit is dé opportuniteit voor jou om CEO te worden van je eigen winkel. Als Store Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en het uitvoeren van een business plan om zowel nieuwe klanten aan te trekken als bestaande klanten te behouden en dit via “strategic targeting”, impactvolle in-store events, uitzonderlijk customer relationship management en inspirerend leiderschap van een sterk presterend team.

Als jij een prestatiegerichte initiatiefnemer bent en een geboren business planner met een passie voor coaching om het beste uit je team te halen, is deze functie ongetwijfeld iets voor jou.

Velen van onze field executives en senior managers startten hun carrière in een point-of-sales-positie. Door ervaring op te doen in business planning, consumer insights, event management, customer relationship management en front line marketing, ontwikkel je in deze “first-level management” functie all-round skills en talenten die je zullen helpen om te groeien in de company.

**Qualifications**
- Aantoonbare ervaring in Retail Management/Assistant Retail Management, bij voorkeur in de cosmetica
- In staat om op een gepersonaliseerde, inspirerende en authentieke manier customer service te bieden
- Ervaring in Business Management (opstellen sales en customer service targets, sales analyses en personeelsplanning)
- Aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen en motiveren van een team om sales en customer service targets te behalen
- Ervaring in het organiseren en uitvoeren van in-store events
- Bereid om flexibel te werken (inclusief avonden, weekends en feestdagen)
- Ervaring met retail point-of-sale software
- Bedreven in Microsoft office
