Overview:
The Shopper Marketeer & Channel Activation Manager Beverages BE delivers bespoke National Shopper Marketing Campaigns based on our National Brand calendars to maximize conversion and build brand equity of our beverages brands.
**Responsibilities**:
He/she creates retailer customer overlays in sync with brand playbooks, delivers channel playbooks and specific channel activations.
Initiates, develops and execute shopper marketing initiatives for our Belgium beverages portfolio:
- Priority brand: Pepsi
- Portfolio brands: Looza, Alvalle, 7UP, Mirinda, Mountain Dew
- Future Bets
Resulting in a full year Shopper and Channel Calendar, aligned with the Brand Calendars owned by Brand Manager
Develops bespoke channel activation plans for national partnerships (fe Club Brugge & Voodoo Village) & international customers in AFH ie KFC, Pizza Hut,deploying the available channel playbooks created by the sector team and aligning the activation with the local marketing team.
Partners closely with AFH team on delivering best in class Point Of Sales (POS) toolkit & fixed selling materials to support conversions of horeca outlets, in collaboration with KBS creative support role. He/she is responsible for development and execution of our stand at the biggest Belgian trade fairs.
Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of local shopper marketing initiatives & full compliance with local reporting & budget management. Works closely together with the beverages marketing team to ensure brand programs & assets are perfectly translated in our shopper marketing agenda. Works closely with our field team to maximize execution of our brand shopper marketing programs instore effectively and efficiently. Ownership for the development of fully integrated instore brand campaigns as well as the the development of retailer customer overlays.

- Strong communication and Influence skills as this person needs to manage a lot of stakeholders on different levels (different categories affected, approvals from brand manager to Marketing director, financial budget owner, field sales alignment, demand planners)
- Creative agency briefing skills
- Experience in budget management
- Understanding of brand marketing dynamics Languages: Dutch, French and English (proficiency in at least 2, good knowledge of the last one)
