**Votre futur job**
- Vous dirigez une équipe qui identifie et évalue les risques dans les processus et les projets.
- Vous êtes en contact étroit avec différents services, vous identifiez leurs besoins en matière de maîtrise des risques et élaborez des solutions appropriées avec des spécialistes du risque.
- Vous donnez des conseils en matière de maîtrise des risques lors du développement d’un nouveau produit, de l’adaptation d’un processus existant, d’un projet de digitalisation ou de robotisation
- Vous analysez les incidents importants et collaborez à l’élaboration de solutions structurelles pour les éviter dans le futur.
- Vous accompagnez le processus d’acceptation de nouveaux produits ou services.

**Vos talents et compétences**

Pour exercer cette fonction et vous épanouir dans votre travail, vous avez besoin des compétences et des qualités suivantes:

- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de l’enseignement supérieur.
- Vous avez de l’expérience en people management et en coaching et vous veillez à un fonctionnement fluide et agréable au sein de l’équipe.
- Vous communiquez de manière claire, convaincante et constructive.
- Vous pouvez rapidement distiller l’essence d’une multitude d’informations et la transmettre clairement.
- Vous avez du talent pour le networking et aimez prendre des initiatives pour aboutir efficacement à un résultat.
- Vous connaissez Office.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et/ou le néerlandais et avez une bonne connaissance de l’anglais.
