Als Head of Internal Support Services bij Group S zult u een cruciale rol vervullen bij het leiden en aansturen van onze operationele teams, met als doel maximale efficiëntie te behalen en een uitzonderlijke klanttevredenheid te garanderen. U zult een team van ervaren managers leiden en nauw samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om onze processen te optimaliseren en onze groei te stimuleren.Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
- Leidinggeven en begeleiden van de managers van de operationele teams van onze afdeling Customer & Services Relations (Payroll-activiteit), terwijl u nauwlettend de prestatie-indicatoren en leveringen volgt om voortdurende verbetering van onze diensten en klanttevredenheid te waarborgen.
- Ontwikkelen van een strategie voor uw afdeling die in lijn is met de bedrijfsvisie, waarbij doelstellingen worden vertaald naar concrete actieplannen op middellange termijn, en deze visie effectief communiceren naar uw team om de implementatie ervan te waarborgen.
- Voortdurend voorstellen van verbeteringen, terwijl u duidelijke doelstellingen voor uw team definieert en een cultuur van samenwerking en operationele excellentie bevordert.
- Luisteren naar interne en externe klanten om ondersteuning te optimaliseren, de leveringen van verschillende ondersteuningsteams te volgen, en plannen voor verbetering van administratieve en operationele processen voorstellen.
