**Who are we looking for**
InvestSuite is seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and metrics-driven Head of Marketing to lead our B2B marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating closely with the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) as well as with the Sales and Product teams, you will be a key player in driving the company’s revenue growth through enhancing our inbound lead generation, content marketing and branding initiatives. You will also oversee the development and optimization of our SEO/SEA strategies and website performance to enhance our digital presence and engagement.
**Main responsibilities**
- Demand generation/Inbound Lead Generation:
- Take ownership of inbound marketing as a critical revenue driver for InvestSuite.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive business growth.
- PR and Branding with a focus on social media marketing:
- Lead the company’s public relations and branding efforts, establishing InvestSuite as a thought leader in the industry.
- Craft compelling narratives and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Digital Marketing and Website Optimization:
- Set up and manage SEO/SEA campaigns to maximize visibility and traffic.
- Oversee website development and optimization to ensure it serves as a high-converting channel for leads.
- Content marketing:
- Work closely with product managers to source and develop high-quality content aligned with customer needs and market trends.
- Ensure all content reflects the company’s value proposition and drives engagement.
- Strategic Leadership:
- Cooperate with the leadership team, Sales and Product to develop/enhance/change/improve the Sales and Marketing strategy/approach as well as develop concrete Go To Market plans for each product and region.
- Define and execute a clear marketing vision and strategy, aligned with company objectives.
- Develop and manage a practical Marketing Calendar to coordinate campaigns, product launches, and other key initiatives.

**Required skills & experience**
- Experience and Background:
- Relevant B2B marketing experience and/or direct involvement in the growth strategy of a tech scale-up
- Exposure to/experience with ‘demand generation’.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results in a growth company.
- Experience/exposure to outbound sales.
- Skills and Expertise:
- Ability to formulate and implement a B2B marketing vision and strategy.
- Ability to set up a Marketing and Sales Go To Market strategy, and the ability to set up the required processes, structure and reporting.
- Expertise in SEO/SEA strategies, website management, and optimization.
- Familiarity with relevant sales and marketing software tools.
- Design and copywriting skills are a strong plus.
