The IT & Data On-site support (OSS) team is part of the global IT & Data team at Danone, with the purpose “We inspire & empower Danone through the world of tech and data”. The OSS team plays a key role in supporting our colleagues in Danone to work more effectively and efficiently, by providing technical support in a proactive, positive and creative way with great cooperation with the business
As **Team Coordinator On-Site Support**, you will be responsible for the coordination of a team of On-Site End-User Support Analysts (4 direct reports). This team provides support to the Danone sites located in Brussels and Rotselaar.
**Your Mission**
- Demonstrate leadership and co-develop the IT strategy for OSS.
- Be an active member of the OSS team, driving ideas with your direct colleagues.
- Supervise and delegate work between the OSS analysts.
- Be a trusted people manager, coaching and motivating the team members.
- Interact closely with the business to follow up on their needs and with IT & Data Benelux organization to follow up on the future roadmap.
- Follow-up on IT projects where you keep our stakeholders informed and adhere to agreed time and budget.
- Follow-up on the lifecycle management of hardware such as laptops and desktops, printers, video conference systems and software license management.
- Forecast and control financial budget, both capex and opex
About you
- You are a trusted people manager, experienced in coaching and motivating team members
- You have a solid experience (+5 years) in On-Site IT Support or any other relevant position that makes you understand how IT Support Management works
- You are fluent in English (written & verbal); Dutch and French is an advantage
- You are familiar with ITIL processes
- Considered a plus: knowledge about Windows 10-11, Microsoft O365, MS Groups, iOS devices, knowledge of IT security principals, basic knowledge of networking WAN, LAN
- Experience with Agile way of working is a considerable advantage
- You have well-developed communication skills (verbal and written) and a structured way-of-working
- You know how to write clear documentation such as business requirements, technical specifications and process flows
- We embrace ambition, enthusiasm and proactivity
- you are open to frequent travelling between Brussels and Rotselaar
- Participation to 24/7 standby might be required
