**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**HR Strategy & Transformation**:
- Redesign and optimize the HR function to align with Ansell’s strategic goals.
- Develop and implement a global HR operating model.
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team, HR Leadership Team, and key stakeholders to enhance HR and business operations.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact process improvements.
- Build and roll out a shared services strategy across the organization.**Workforce Planning, Dashboards & Analytics**:
- Establish and track key HR metrics to guide decision-making and highlight workforce trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and the Board to demonstrate the impact of HR strategies.**Employee Communication**:
- Collaborate with Communications to create an integrated, branded messaging strategy for cohesive communication with employees.**Community & Philanthropy Engagement**:
- Develop and implement Ansell’s Community Engagement Strategy to meet annual commitments.
- Manage and report on enterprise-wide community initiatives and communication platforms.
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).**Experience**:
- 10+ years in Human Resources, including 10+ years of international experience.
- Proven expertise in building shared services and leading large-scale HR transformations globally.
- Extensive experience in process mapping, change management, and HRIS systems.**Skills and Competencies**:
- Analytical mindset with strong data and HR metrics proficiency.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with a focus on growth and continuous improvement.
- Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders effectively.
**Additional Information**:
- Up to 25% global travel required, including visits to key hubs in the US, Europe, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and India.
